• Generate and download calculation reports for personal or commercial use
• Share calculation results with proper attribution to LaserCalc Pro

• Operator skill and experience
• Local labor rates and overhead costs
• Specific project requirements and complexity

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

LaserCalc Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of obtaining substitute goods or services

This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is less.
